Recipe #1: Taco Ground Beef Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb BDA Ground Beef

  • 3 cloves of garlic minced

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup corn

  • 1 cup cooked beans

  • Cheese of choice

  • 4 bell peppers topped, halved and de-seeded

  • Two medium tomatoes diced

  • 1 medium small onion diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook BDA ground beef with garlic and onions in large skillet until beef has a crunchy dark brown exterior.

  3. Add seasonings, making sure to stir in well. Add rice, corn, beans, and tomatoes, mixing.

  4. Wash peppers. Slice Bell peppers in half and de-seed.

  5. Scoop cooked mixture from skillet into prepared peppers. Top with cheese.

  6. Bake for about 35 to 45 min.

  7. Serve and Enjoy!

Recipe #2: Ribeye Steak with Bacon Chive Butter

Steak Ingredients:

  • 1 BDA Ribeye Steak

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper 

  • Olive oil

Bacon Chive Butter Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter, room temperature

  • ¼ cup worth of cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 1 Tbs. chopped chives

  • 2 tbsp of shredded cheese of choice

Instructions:

  1. For Butter: Cook the bacon in a pan. Once cooled, crumble bacon into small pieces. 

  2. Mix together with all other ingredients using a spatula. 

  3. Once combined scoop butter in a log shape onto a piece of wax paper. Roll gently to create a log shape. Refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours. 

  4. For Steak: Create a dry rub by mixing all seasonings together in a small cup. 

  5. Drizzle both sides of steak with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and rub into steaks. Let sit, marinating while heating up skillet. 

  6. Once pan is smoking slightly, indicating it is hot enough, place steak in pan. 

  7. Sear on each side for three minutes for medium rare. Cook longer if you prefer more well-cooked meat. 

  8. Plate the steak and slice butter on top allowing it to melt over the meat. Enjoy!

Recipe #3: Teriyaki Sirloin Flap Tips 

Ingredients:

  • 1 BDA Sirloin Steak

  • 1 Tbs of soy sauce 

  • 1 Tbs sesame oil

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 thinly sliced green onion for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and sugar until dissolved. 

  2. Add the steak, turning until meat is coated. Let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. 

  3. Heat skillet to medium-high. Cook each side for 5 minute to have a medium rare steak or longer for a more cooked steak. 

  4. Once cooked, transfer to a plate and cut into pieces. Garnish with green onions, serve and enjoy!
