Honey-Glazed Rack of Lamb w/ Herbs

Ingredients:

Sticky & Spicy Glaze

  • 2 Tbs. BDA Raw Honey

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 Tbs. soy sauce

  • 4 cloves of minced garlic

  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar

  • 2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp. Smoked Paprika

  • 2 Tbs. ground cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • *optional : red pepper flakes or chilli paste for a kick*

Instructions:

  1. Separate the lamb ribs to cook faster.

  2. In a small bowl mix together all the glaze ingredients, you are looking for a thick, almost paste-like consistency.

  3. Pour just a little over half of glaze onto the ribs. Allow to marinate for about an hour.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees during marination.

  5. Place ribs onto a backing sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Then brush with more of the left over glaze. Allow to cook for ten more minutes before re-brushing again with the remaining glaze. At this point it has been cooking for around 40 minutes.

  7. Increase the temperature to 430 degrees to caramelize the ribs. Remove from the oven once the ribs appear caramelized and sticky.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
