WHOLE & HALF BEEF SHARES!

Save money by stocking up on all the meat you need for 6 months to a year! When you purchase a beef share, you pay by the pound, rather than by the type of cut. You’ll know exactly where your meat is coming from, and how it was treated and prepared for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

1. Reserve your whole/half beef share with an initial deposit of $250 (half beef) or $500 (whole beef).

2. Work with Sally to determine your cuts and be introduced to a processor.

3. Receive and pay invoice for remaining live weight balance once Bois d’Arc confirms finished live weight of your beef share.

4. Coordinate with processor to receive your meat and pay processing fees.

5. Receive all of your meat from processor or coordinate with Sally to store all or a portion of your meat in our freezers, free of charge.
